Change the email address where account emails are sent?

Account Emails

Account emails from Exact will be delivered to the account owner's email address. If the ownership information needs changing please create a ticket for Support.

If account related emails need to go to someone who is not the account owner, please configure email forwarding. Gmail's instructions for how this is done are found here.
