How to reset your password?

If you have forgotten your password or need a reset for another reason, follow these steps.

1. Go to the Exact PayFac Portal login screen
   
   
2. Click on Forgot password. This will take you to the Reset Password screen:
   
   
   
3.  Provide the email address that you use to log-in with. The press Reset Password:
   
   
   
4. A reset password link will be shared with you via email:
   
   
   
   
5. In the email: Click on the Reset Password link and enter your new password.
