After submitting your Onboarding application you may be contacted by Exact Payments for additional documentation. This request will come to the email address provided in your application.
Additional documentation is typically requested to validate the person or business who applied for PayFac service.
Note: your application may remain in a Pending state until these documents are received and reviewed by our Underwriting team.
The request for additional documentation request will bring you to the Document update center (shown in the image below) where it can then be uploaded:
