My newly onboarded merchant account is stuck in Bank Boarding status.

A merchant onboarding application will usually advance to the Bank Boarding status during the final phases of the onboarding lifecycle. It is normal for an application to reflect Bank Boarding status and can remain in this status for up to 60 minutes. In rare situations, our acquirer or ACH partners may require additional information from our underwriting team and it will extend the Bank Boarding status beyond one hour. If any additional information or clarification are needed from the applicant, our underwriters will reach out to either the software partner or the merchant via email.
