What can cause a user to get locked?

There a few ways that a Payfac User (Partner Admin, Merchant Admin, or any custom role) can get locked out of the Payfac Dashboard:

  • Failed attempts to login (6 attempts)
  • Period of inactivity (30 days)
  • Password expiration (90 days)
