Exact offers several reports that can be generated and available for review in the PayFac Dashboard.
To view Reports:
- Log in to your PayFac Dashboard
- Select Reporting on the left side-bar
The reports listed below are available on the PayFac Dashboard:
| Report Type | Description |
| Accounts | Lists all Merchant Onboarding requests and provides current status for each. |
| Transactions | Displays all transactions, settled and unsettled, in the date range. |
| Chargebacks | Displays all new and historical chargebacks. Will display as "No records to display" if there are no chargebacks on against the account. |
| Settlement | Lists all settled transactions in the date range. Includes the exact settlement time. |
| Merchant Funding | Provides a merchant breakdown of funding amounts and their composite transactions. |
| Disbursement | Provides a list of funding amounts dates and statuses. |
