Exact has two methods of validating bank accounts used for ACH payments:

To whom does this apply?

  • Partners

  • Merchants

  • Customers

How often is an account validated?

  • Partners and Merchants

    • Bank accounts are validated at the time of onboarding

    • When a bank change is submitted

    • If an account is dormant for more than six months.

  • Customers
